An Immersive Retreat at the beautiful Love & Core studio in Martinborough. We’ll share two days of immersive exploration into all things mind, body, and soul. This retreat is about exploring the intricate inner workings of your whole Self in order to deepen your own movement and mind practice but also expand your relationship to your Self. We'll dive into yoga, mindfulness, and embodiment practices, and masterclass information sessions so you can explore how to take these practices into your daily life. We're aiming for a healthier, happier, more resilient you! Set in our beautiful, purpose built studio and yoga garden on the fringe of the popular wine village of Martinborough. Team up with friends for a weekend of kinship and connection or come alone to deepen your practice and renew your energy for the new season. Everybody welcome regardless of practice experience.
Each day will begin with morning movement and meditation practices guided by expert teacher Amanda Hanna. In the afternoons we will gather for the masterclass sessions that will be lecture, discussion and practice-based. We will then break for a light vegetarian lunch and the afternoon will include a variety of different practices, some movement-based. While there will be some free time sprinkled throughout our time together, please know this is more of an educational and immersive experience that will include time to reflect and integrate in order to deepen your relationship with yourself and your practices. By combining movement, mindfulness, knowledge, and reflection, we’ll be taking a deep dive into self inquiry and transformation so that these practices can be taken into your daily life.

Your Facilitator Amanda Hanna TCTSY-F, E-RYT, YACEP Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher Trainer Certified Holistic Nutritionist Originally from Canada, Amanda now calls Aotearoa home where she facilitates yoga, trainings, and retreats with a focus on wholebeing wellness. As a trauma-informed practitioner wearing multiple hats, everything she offers is focused on helping you reclaim your inner healer and transform your wellbeing. Amanda is a holistic nutritionist, yoga teacher, psychology student, and so much more. Her background in trauma-informed practices offers a unique insight into the issues faced by individuals and communities. She lives in Hawke’s Bay with her partner, plant babies, and has an affinity for a well-brewed cup of tea. Your Retreat location Love & Core Pilates and Yoga is a purpose built studio and Yoga Garden situated on the fringe of the lovely wine village of Martinborough.
